Tax Services

Federal, State and Local Tax Return Preparation

Mobile Tax Service has nearly a decade of experience in the professional tax preparation industry. We ensure that you consider all of your legal deductions and realize your full tax benefit. In addition, Instant Tax Service has extensive experience in preparing returns for all states. We can also prepare multiple state returns for those taxpayers relocating or working outside of their state of residence during the tax year.

Electronic Filing

Electronic filing is a method of transmitting your tax return information directly to the IRS. Electronic filing, or e-filing, increases the speed, security, and accuracy of filing your tax return. It also helps you get your refund faster. A federal refund filed electronically can be received in as little as 10 days (not including bank refund loan products, which can sometimes be received in minutes). Compare this to the average refund for a mailed return, which can take anywhere from six to eight weeks! We encourage all of our customers to file their returns electronically, though you are by no means obligated to do so.

Express Refund (NowRAL) (Same Day!)

When you need your money now, Mobile Tax Service delivers!Qualified* Mobile Tax Service customers can take advantage of our Instant Tax Refund anticipation loan program which offers an immediate (same day) advance against their anticipated refund amount. This product is available to all new and existing Mobile Tax Service customers who qualify and apply for a Refund Anticipation Loan. Those requesting RAL loans must file their tax return electronically. The Express (NowRAL) Tax Refund is available for federal refunds only.

Refund Anticipation Loan - RAL (12-24 hours)
Qualified Mobile Tax Service customers can receive a loan on their anticipated tax refunds in as little as 12-24 hours through a RAL. The RAL, or Refund Anticipation Loan, provides taxpayers with a check in the amount of their anticipated tax refund, less applicable fees. Customers can choose to have the RAL funds deposited directly into their bank account or pick up a check at the office where they filed their return. The RAL is a fast and convenient way to get your refund.

Direct Deposit - Refund deposited into your bank account. (10-16 days)
With the Direct Deposit refund option, you can have your refund deposited into your checking or savings account directly from the IRS, usually within 10 to 16 days. With this product, all fees are paid at time of service.

IRS Direct Check (10-21 days - Refund sent to your home address)
Some of our customers are not in a hurry to receive their refunds. These customers are more likely to choose one of our IRS Direct options, or they may want to pay for tax preparation services at the point of sale. Those who select the IRS Direct option can receive their refunds directly from the IRS. When used in conjunction with direct deposit, they can have their refunds deposited into their personal bank accounts within 11 to 17 days. They can also choose to have their refunds mailed to them directly by the IRS within 18 to 21 days when they file electronically. With this product, all fees are paid at the time of service.

Balance Due Options
Mobile Tax Service customers who are not receiving refunds can pay their tax obligation conveniently with their VISA®, American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, or debit card. Using these options, the taxpayer can choose to pay their tax due over a period of time with the assurance that there will be no late fees or penalties.
